It's .. different .. but it also shows the more mature side of System and I think that that is awesome. Plus, what would you expect out of 'Lonely Day?' It is not going to be like Sugar or Chop Suey! So, proportionally, I think this music video is GREAT!

nope, yeah, that was pretty stupid. I don't know why so many of you had to just insist on every thing system ever does to be good, but seriously, I'm getting sick of this shit. Sir lemming said it best, it basically looked like someone threw fucking random clips together, with maybe 10 seconds of actual video of SOAD, just sitting there,a nd then random things on fire. None of it went with the rhythm, and it barely made sense. you know, I love soad, I always will, but I've really had enough of this "they'll go to new places always"shit. You have to stickw ith your roots. if you hear Serj sing live now he even adds his new singing touch to songs that were meant for him to scream! it's just all coming down, and they really have to think about their roots. this video really blew, in my opinion.

I thought the 'forlorn band' was pretty hilarious, but overall a decent video.

I also liked the fire: "What's wrong with this picture?" How entertaining. In terms of the symbols used, it wasnt exactly the most intensely philosophical thing ever, but hey, after the metaphorical train-wreck of BYOB I found it a soothing balm.

Also, the lighting was refreshingly clear and bright- but not to the point of being clinical- though that may just be the quality of the video.

I'm pretty sure that the fire symbolizes internal emotions (such as loneliness) that cause so much damage but are not noticed by anyone around, no one seems to care. It fits nicely.

Hmmmmm, interesting one, its just like the song, simple, sometimes too simple, but there is something behind, it seams to me that they dont want to have lots of fans, they stopped make things that everybody likes, maybe they have lost lots of fans....but they are honest as always, they kick-ass live, and they've made an amazing album, maybe if they make an video from attack or dreaming, or tentative, they would make more peple listening to Soad, but they dont give a damm about it I think, and that means Daron is honest becous he said he is not making music and vidoes for any chanels, and this one wont be a very popular vidoe so it wont be on Mtv for ages like for exemple Toxicity or BYOB.... I loved it, I hope I am right with my view, nice track, nice albums, greatest band.....
