Serj and Tom are just being interviewed, the band that's performing is called AMEN. They were the first and only band that Daron ever signed to his now defunct label that he created solely for AMEN because he loved them so much.

In fact, he even started a side project with Casey Chaos (frontman of AMEN, and he writes/records everything bar drums) called Scars On Broadway in which they recorded "B.Y.O.B." Which of course System re-recorded and it turned out to be their biggest single!

Definitely worth checking this band out, they are one of the most amazing, controversial and unpredictable bands out there!!!
