John joined TOOL live on the stage

John Dolmayan joined TOOL for the last two nights helping the
drummer Danny who recently had an arm injury. He stepped in on Lateralus the
last two shows TOOL played at the Pearl in Las Vegas.
Taken from TOOL fan page:
"Maynard said something about 'a certain drummers arm' and somewhere around
sober he asked Danny how the arm was holding up and Danny hung his limp arm at
his side, kinda funny. Maynard introduced John from System of A Down before the
'Drum Battle' between him and Danny. Then at the end Maynard said 'see ya
tomorrow'. He probably said a couple other things that I can't remember right
off but he didn't talk much."

Wizard get five questions (and answers) with John Dolmayan about comics,
movies and the launch of his new online comics site.
Rock and roll fans may recognize the name of this drummer from the
multi-platinum rock band System of a Down, but he’s also on his way to comic
superstardom. Later this year, the 34-year-old Dolmayan plans to launch
Torpedocomics.com , an ambitious online
comic book retail and community site. And he’ll also be hitting the road with
his comic book-inspired drum kit—adorned with art from the likes of Jim Lee,
Bernie Wrightson and Bill Sienkiewicz (as seen in
Wizard #181) to various conventions, including Wizard World Los Angeles on
March 16-18!
