Daron sings great but Serj Does Better.
The Song is kinda too EMOtional,The Guitar Riffs are excellent.
I don't care if slow. |

well, i don't think that people who are soadfans hate lonely day, but it's a different song from their style..i like it, coz it's good to make songs like that sometimes..
but this is just my opinion^^ |

Yeah, Lady Dolmayan raises a good point, if SOAD did the same ole' shit all the time the appeal would be a lot less.

| First time Im in love with Daron, when I heard his voice on Needles. Im wondering if Daron as the vocal because his voice is very original (also Serj's absolutely). And its happen on d double album". But I said "Oh, no! This is not like I want". Serj is click to SOAD as vocals. SOAD with only Serj as Vocal? Like BigMac without patties. Serj & Daron as vocals, itu baru benerrr... (What a great mix). No one in this world could be like them. Just be subjective friends! Lonely Day is purposed for SOAD Beginers. Ha..ha.. |

It's just a little out of character for them...but people still like it. Myself included.
I actually thought Daron's voice was good for this song. He sounds good in slower songs.

In my opinion Lonely day is a great song!
Serj´s low operatic voice is beautifull to listen to,
but Darons voice is so difrent, and if you putt those voices together you get.. SYSTEM
Lonely day just has such beautifull lyrics!
