| It would be sort of a let down, but it would still be good to see them all together if they only t=did reunion stuff. I wouldn't blow off the concerts, that's for sure. Whatever they do, it will be completely SOAD. |

Well... everytime SOAD comes out with a new album, it's always a new sound that I've never heard before, from any band in history.
So I think it's safe to say because the sound doesn't exist yet, it is impossible for us to know! |

Hopefully something completely different from their projects they're doing now.
I'm not saying I hate the music they are making now, but it would be cool if they made an album that would blow us away with a new sound and getting a positive response from it.

Well, first off I'll ask the proverbial, noob question: is there going to be another album?
If so, then I'd expect something along the lines of a SOB/Elect the Dead mix.
Less metal and more hard rock, lyrics and vocal concepts from way out in left field and better musicianship; more instruments, perhaps? A Hypnotized that is more mature, even more open-minded and a Hypnotized that has more depth? One can only hope; though, they never seem to disappoint. |

What can I expect? New sound, that would be maybe more metal than rock, I don't know. I imagine something between their self-titled and STA. But I'd love if it would be something, like, TOTALLY new, totally fresh, but still in SOAD style. That's what I can expect from System.
And I'd like if Serj would do more lead vocals than Daron, too. I just loved the way Daron sounded in back vocals, I think that was cute. ;D Daron has an amazing voice, too, but I think he's better back vocalist than Serj. Serj is the best on lead vocals. For example, how Daron does back vocals in "Ego Brain", "ATWA", "Aerials", "Chop Suey" or even "Mr. Jack" is amazing. He sounds so cute in back vocals. ;DDDD And Serj is the best lead vocalist ever.
I think you get what I expect. ;D |

I still don't have any expectations for the new album. Whatever they put out (if they choose to do so), is what they put out. I just hope, like others said, it would have Serj back on lead vocals and Daron in the background. Anything but another mez/hyp, please. |
