I would say just about the entire "Animals" album by Pink Floyd, especially at the solos. In fact, just about anytime David Gilmour touches a guitar, I wanna laugh/cry/cream my pants/shit myself all at once.

Who You Are by Pearl Jam. I don't if it's the lyrics, the instrumentation or what. It's just really peaceful.

Also Yellow Ledbetter by the same band. It's basically their interpretation of Little Wing. I don't know what it is that makes me cry. It just does.

I dunno why, but Killswitch Engage's "Arms of Sorrow" had almost made me cry.

Also, SOAD's "Roulette" is definitely sad too.

There was a time , when I always began crying , when listening "Klavier" by Rammstein .
I don´t know why , I couldn´t even explain it in german....
another one is "Emotion Sickness " by Silverchair - the live version , played in Düsseldorf.
I agree with jmplayerX003 about "Roulette" and I´m adding "Highway Song " and "Metro"

but my "water works" Very Happy Very Happy as you put it , are turned on seldom nowadays....

As of now, Elect the Dead and Saving Us both are really sad and almost brought the waterworks to me.

Well none of the songs make me cry but sad songs to me are "Roulette" and Korn "Daddy". It's about how the lead singer was abused by someone when he was a kid and his parents didn't believe him.

This sounds kind of lame, but There's this song by Evanescence called "The Last Song I'm wasting on you"...it's a gorgeous melody, and it's very similar to one of my own, but it almost makes me cry (almost)

being on-stage with them has brought the music to a new level in my mind. When you stand inches away from them as they play those songs, they become even more powerful
