C'mon, the price for the ticket is what John earns in a month only with wearing brands. And, it's just for one person. So, it's really mean, to those who are not from America.
And I know, that SOAD aren't that stupid, but it would be nice to tell him, how mean it is, nothing more. See, a lot of people would buy at Torpedo Comics, even if they're not from America. I just wait till I have enough items, that the shipping is cheaper than buying that stuff in germany. |

Did it occur to you that perhaps it isn't a money issue but an issue with the United States Customs Service? Not everyone from every country can get a visa into the US very easily.

great point sugar, because, of course john could afford to send each one of us to vegas and back, so like lisa pointed out, its most likely got to be a more complicated reason than that.
and its not just for one person berj, its for two people. and its not done to be 'mean'..that's just the way contests of this manner work.

Yeah, well, I checked it out. And decided that an actual comics fan deserved to win. I feel totally unqualified.
And besides, the winner wasn't guaranteed to meet John anyway. Wtf?
