i was going to see this yesterday, but saw "get smart" instead since it started a half hour earlier and i was already at the theatre.
i did enjoy get smart though and will probably see golden army sometime in the near future (probably sometime after i see The Dark Knight. i'm pretty much broke and can't afford Scars on Broadway and three movies) |

Just saw Hellboy II. It was lots of fun. Some of the special effects were amazing and I felt the movie did a great job of touching on classic issues such as humanity seeking fulfillment in the world, individuals looking for fulfillment through relationships, things like that. The Barry Manilow scene was hard to sit through, though.
Babylon A.D. was among the previews shown before Hellboy started. Isn't that the movie Shavo helped score?
There were also posters for Twilight in the theater. That movie's supposed to open in December. Any Stephenie Meyers fans on the list looking forward to that one? |

I pretty much decided that Hellboy is going in my Heores section on MySpace after seeing the movie. I also decided that I HAVE to be the only person alive who in real life, thinks Hellboy is the sexiest damn demon she's ever seen. Jeez, I have issues.
But that movie kicked some ass. Like Red : 
Oh, and Seth McFarlane was in it. That slapped me right after my ass had been tossed like pizza dough. |
