I don't like this song...
except the chorus the whole thing sounds very flat to me...
and Daron voice isn't as good as Serj's
I sincerely hope this will be the worst track on the album |

This song is just ok.
If you liked System of a Down I don't understand how anyone would be in love with this song.
It sounds like pop-rock and there are very typical lyrics.
It just sounds so mainstream and FAKE.
When I hear this song I think of middle school/ high school teenagers with t-shirts that say "broKen" or something like that, black make up on and wrist bands and "unique" piercings. Yet they all look the same.

I liked Serj's album a lot more, and I realize now where what I love in System of a Down comes from... Serj. At least out of Serj or Daron as those are the only two I'm comparing.
This is only one song though. I have hope that the rest of the album will be good. |

People listen to more than one genre of music maybe?
The same could be said about Serj's work. "Baby of baby I miss you" sounds "typical" to me.
And again, it's only one song. If I were to just here "X" from Toxicity, I'd hate SOAD.

I don't think these lyrics are about SOAD at all.
but I love song. you know, when I were waiting for SOB, I expected something like "lonely day" ;D. but that what I heard was much better. I love it, it drives me crazy. and lyrics are pretty cool. |

Do bear in mind that Daron wrote almost all of SOAD's music. He also wrote They Say, which may explain why:.....
