You all realize that yesterday's earthquake took us one step closer to the formation of Homostonia, right? That means we have some organizing to do.
Is someone from SOADfans going to compose the Homostonian National Anthem, or shall we select an SOAD, Serj or Scars song for that purpose?
Oh, and we can use Flora-Laura's pink bra--the first bra ever tossed to Dominic on a Scars on Broadway stage--as the Homostonian flag, right? |

Have hope! We may not need to wait thousands of years for the "big one" to hit California. As my friends from the Gulf Coast remind me, natural disasters happen every day.
And as they also remind me, waiting for the government to actually do something is never a good idea. Texas' Tejano Music Radio Stations have moved a heck of a lot quicker to bring water and ice to the victims of Hurricane Ike than FEMA. Let's hear it for the power of music over disaster!
Today the mayor of Houston just took took charge of directing FEMA activities in that city--FEMA was just being too durned slow and ineffective. |
