| I checked out the PETA website to see why Serj doesn't like KFC. I read the article and it made me sad; those poor chickens are bred to grow breasts so large, they can't even stand. But then I looked at the picture. I think it's hilariously ironic to have Pam Anderson speaking out against large-breasted freaks. Who's with me? |

I think their 'reasons to become a vegetarian' are pretty weak. I mean, 'because meat is filthy and bloody' ?? Duh?? What kind of a thing is that to say?
To their other 'reasons' .. They are just covering supermarket meat. Not many of their points still stand if everyone was to buy from a local farmer/butcher. If we didn't have the commercial meat industry in today's society, then I think we would be able to live a lot more morally-just lives- not to mention the fact that our overall health in the western world would sky-rocket.
Anyway, I don't eat in KFC, I RARELY eat in places like McDonalds.
And Pamela Anderson is a human like you or me  To label, or rather, insinuate that she is a 'large-breasted freak', is kinda harsh. |

Man, this is quite an old topic. I remember people saying how terrible KFC were for treating their chickens (and staff) a good few years back.
It sucks to see it hasn't changed, but I really don't think PETA throwing crap at people is going to achieve anything.
Nor will Whorela Anderson cavorting around calling other female meat eating celebrities "whores" (IRONY). |

I was all anti KFC for quite a few years. Somewhere along the line I ended up eating there quite a few times. But I don't go there anymore again.
Mind you I think it's unfair to just shun KFC. Most other similar fast food places would do similar things I think. |
