Hey
on the upcoming tour, i want to record (audio) the concert in hamburg.
Can u tell me what i need to record??
I have a Shure SM57, if that helps... |

Personally, I've never done this. But, does that Shure record? If so, you should be set. But, you're probably gonna have to sneak it in. I've heard of people hiding them in their hats, their shoes or anywhere else that security won't pat you down.
If that mic doesn't record, you could try this:

In short, you need a microphone that records and is able to get the recording from the mic to a PC...and a way to sneak it in. |

| you will probably get a better recording if the show is on an outdoor stage. I recorded the very first Serj Tankian show in Chicago, which was an indoor stage, and the quality came out terrible, but the same recorder could record a lot of other stuff I do with my music at home too. I don't know where it would have to sit to record it, too. My recording had tons of screaming fans louder than the music |
