That's fucking stupid.
I hate emo's but they still have a right to be what they are. |

You can think about them whatever you want, but when will people finally stop blaming problems like violence and high suicide rates and instead maybe look at failing parents and lack of perspective for teens? I'm not too familiar with Russia's current unemployment rates but those are things that drive many young people far enough. And those who think it's "cool"... Parents should, SHOULD, pay enough attention to their kids to realize they change and maybe be worried and do something about it.
But no, instead let's ban kids from wearing black clothes. That's what I call solving a problem |

| No one ever said the people doing this were smart. I have no idea what Russia's laws on free speech and expression are. but this sort of thing would be a huge violation here in the states. |

I have taken out two qoutes :
"Legislation is currenting being formulated in Russia to heavily regulate emo websites and ban emo and goth dress style in schools and government building"
If they really close websites this would be just another step to dictatorship.
I agree here with what CDoris said .
"In Krasnoyarsk, Siberia, where laws are already being implemented, protestors in a march held signs saying "A Totalitarian State Encourages Stupidity". "
I wish , acidpaul was here . he is from Krasnoyarsk . I would like to hear an opinion from someone who lives there . |
