I knew this was going to be #1 Laughing

And I was shocked when it really happened.

And I've seen the trailer. Even scarier than I imagined.

What else could it be? In the bad (economically bad) times people want to cheer themselves up by watching Chihuahua movies!

Poor kids will have serious problems later in their lives.

guys guys guys, it was only number one with a low number....yesterday it only made 4 mill, bringing it to number 2 and only raking in 38 million world wide..

that's not good..They won't even reveal the production budget, which means it was probably around 150 million.. I-CHIHUAHUA!! lol

This movie will go down as one of the all time worst, right along side Garfield 1 & 2 and Homeward bound lol

animal movies really don't cut it for me

now I admit , this is not the conventional dog-movie , where :

a BOY ( never a girl ) has a dog ( or finds a dog and must hide him from his parents ) but the dog causes trouble ( of course ) and then there is an evil animal-hating villain , but the dog saves the day at the end

do you know how many movies have this as their plot ? Laughing

well , I hope the internet succeeds in making a mockery of it

We watched Garfield 1 at school. Last period on one Friday. That was pain.

What about Stuart little then? Laughing

I don't know anyone in whose résumé Beverly Hills chihuahua would look good:
"Could you tell something about your previous experience in movies"
"I was voice of a dog named..."
"NEXT!!!"

Or: -I had a role as mother of an animated mouse???

Good luck.

I like how I'm criticizing movie that I haven't seen or even ever considered watching. Laughing

Forgive me if it's turns out to be the best movie ever. I don't believe so but you can't never know Laughing

Homeward Bound: the Incredible Journey was the only dog (and cat) movie I ever saw as a kid, and I think I liked it

But it does make sense that so many people saw the movie, it was parents taking their little kids... or kids taking their parents/grandparents, in some cases. confuse

HEY! Homeward Bound is a touching and heart-felt movie.
Laughing

But someone has to see this. I'll drag myself if nobody volunteers. I mean, we need a review here! I vote Omar. Smile He seems very emotional about this movie already.
