I can picture her now,
Alive like a Polaroid in developpement,
She walks by in a slow-motion rush that doesn’t seem to stop
Smiling with starlit eyes, that even make the brightest stars blush
And when she speaks, oh when she speaks,
The most beautiful symphonies can’t cope with the music,
Created by her well shaped tongue and whispering breath.
And the words she speaks, cannot be explained,
They are sensations that need to be felt,
Like the touch of a passionate lover.
Full of wisdom her words come to me,
And enter my mind, locked so they cannot be forgotten.
Trying to understand the divine glow she’s spreading
I can only admire the angel with unbelief
Crossing my path with careful treads,
Honouring me with her delightful presence.
I embrace the peace she leaves me as she looks at me and smiles
A smile she painted on my memory,
That will last in the never-ending eternity,
Did I deserve to be touched by her?
Such an amazing creature, that doesn’t belong in the world of shallowness,
Turned to me and left an unforgettable impression of a peaceful moment.
With the wind as her companion she left my aching spirit,
But left her fingerprint of luck.
Meeting an angel was my luck and miracle…..
Written myself but makes me think of a very special person to me.... |

Hello my love.
sorry it took so long, been away for a bit. Anyway, absolutely sublime poetry, some of the most amazing images I've seen in a poem for a hell of a long time. It brought tears to my eyes reading it/ I can tell you for certain that the girl you wrote it for absolutely loves it, and loves you to pieces. Keep writing beautiful, you never fail to amaze  |

thank you so muhc my dear! I'm glad you liked it so much, because that's my intention, but your words truly mean the world to me, so I thought this would be a nice way to say thank you I guess....although no one seems interested  |

i loved it! it took me awhile to get to it too....i love to have an older sister who writes great poetry and i can look up to her with wonder in my eyes.  |
