I don't post often, but I do lurk around. I'm thinking that Zkaka is pretty right on. The central nervous system is the media. The media has control over so much, not on peoples actions but on their opinions and beliefs. I think that this song is about the media's ability to influence people, and then the ability of people to swallow anything that the media shows to them (I believe that this is where the 'stupid people do stupid things' bit comes from). Anyone who's read the book 1984 would understand where I'm coming from with this (it's very similar to the whole 2+2=5 thing). The believe the whole satanism theme of the song is a reference to the church. In a way, they were the first form of social control and the very first form of media. The church says that the devil is the source of all evil whilst there is absolutely no proof of this, or even of the devils existance. I think that the title, DDevil is just an abbreviation of daredevil, which was the recording label or something (can't be bothered getting the case out to check).

I still don't understand the strong refridgerators part. It could mean television but that's unlikely. The blue moon bit is a reference to religion. The Blue Moon (also known as the egg of lilith, the chamber of goth/gaf) is said to be a holding place for people's souls before they are born.

I think this song is just about different types of criminalism...

First two lines talk about plagerism. "Loud and noisy strong refridgerators" I think talks about gangs and stuff. "Loud and noisy" is about how they always blast their music through the streets, "gaining independance" is about how there is so many of them roaming and "ruling" the streets in some towns. The next lines talk about typical every day little problems. "Take me down there" I think is a rapist talking to a child to... you know "photographic relapse" is how some people take pictures of it and stuff, "people feeding frenzy" is how there's sick people out there asking for that kind of stuff, "the devil is lovely" refers to the rapist or criminals in general and how they're reflected as cool into the eyes of children and stuff (like in cartoons).

I don't know, something I thought up, keep in mind I'm really tired, can't really think straight.

Actually
the songs meaning, although not obvious, is to stop doing stupid things
and my thought about this song its supposed to be aimed at a stupid leader(can you guess who?)
the reason for that theory is because of a footnote next to the Ddevil lyrics in the album's booklet
and it says

"For those that control the central nervous system,
control society, and the world."

but thats my guess.

Was this 'leader' in power at the time of writing/recording the song though? Wink (assuming I understood who you meant, anyway).
