We should all record ourselves playing parts of SOAD songs, and compile them together to make a SOAD cover, all you really need is your instrument, knowledge of SOAD songs, microphone and a recording program like Audacity. E.g.

Member 1 - Vocals
Member 2 - Guitar
Member 3 - Drums
Member 4 - Bass
Member 5 - Keyboards/Whatever

If you're interested, name your instrument, and what songs you are capable of playing. You don't have to be able to play the song 100% accurate, but try to. You could probably try doing different styles too.

I play drums, and am capable of doing;
Chop Suey! (With a terrible intro)
Toxicity
Spiders
Holy Mountain
B.Y.O.B.
Deer Dance (Not 100% accurate)
Question! (Not much of it Confused)
Sad Statue (Not 100% accurate)
Cigaro (Okay)
Psycho

I have a childrens keyboard but I can't play much, but I could do little effects.

If anyone wants to collaborate with me or each other, reply.

This would be cool to try. I already do this with my Metallica Internet band, Sad But True. But it would be cool to do it with a real drummer. If you can post decent recordings of yourself playign the drums, I'd throw guitars and shit over some of those songs. I can play the majority of the songs on Toxicity and Mezmerize.

Okay I'll start with recording B.Y.O.B. soon today.

I attempted twice, messing up at one point on both occasions, then laptop overheated before I saved, and I can't drum now due to painters next door complaining.

Okay B.Y.O.B drums are done, it's a bit distorted, but thats because of the £5 mic, we can reduce the volume later, I did mess up a little towards the end, and possibly got some bass patterns wrong during chorus, but it's still decent.

Edit - Link taken down, it was 42mb, I'm going to compress.

Ooh, Flake, or maybe Toast.

Infact, Lonely Day Very Happy

I'm reuploading the compressed version, I can't make it any lower or it'll sound terrible, so it's 22mb.
