Is it me, or it is that everyone who writes and interpretation for songs read into things far too deep? Honestly, I read of one user turing 'Innervision' into a nuclear weapons launch and Hiroshima and Twin towers and all sorts of Bullshit!
OH MY GOD people think before you attempt to translate lyrics. Most of the lyrics need no decoding.
e.g. P.L.U.C.K. It is about the Armenian Genocide. You dont need to translate everyfucking sentence and turn it into something completley different. Its about the genocide. Link the lyrics to the genocide and dont make up your own shit.
The people who post this government, naturist orientated shit are just posers and have no political awareness of anything that is happening in the world. They think that they can be deep and brooding by interprating a bands lyrics to be something that represents modern day issues. WRONG
Innervision (my guess) is about a girl that Serj misses. It may not be right but it is logical.
P.L.U.C.K. is about the genocide. FACT.

Turn your caps lock off,and stop acting like you know everything.
First of all,everyone interprets the song in their own way.Everyone feels the song differently.You are not them.They are not you.
Second,this forum,or at least this section (Songs meaning) is made so everyone can post their way of interpreting the song.It may not always be the right one,but it's good,cause people actually make effort to try to understand the song.
And third,I think this is in the wrong section.Or do you have your own song meaning you'd like to share with us who go too deeply into lyrics?! |

Even Daron and Serj said the songs can mean whatever u want them to mean, i know these songs might have another real meaning to them,and thats what they wrote it for, but its cool to jus think of different things,and sometimes fun too, maybe you should try enjoying it instead.You dont have to agree with them everytime,just leave them do whatever they want. |

Calm down, your freaking out over something that isn't an issue. If you don't like what people in the song meaning section say, stay out of the song meaning section. Simple. I think that section was created so that people could write what their opinion of what the songs can mean, no mater how unusual. Besides, some of the things people say on there, I think, are creative and hilarious.  |

I can interpret one song in 2 different ways sometimes .
It is never too much to be creative. Leave ppl their imaginations .
If others like you think it makes sense or not , doesn´t really matter .

WHy do u think daron and serj right songs really deeply?
So we can give a half ass answers?
no.
Their songs are written, so we use our brains to really dig deep and make a personal interpretation for ourselves. In a world, where people dont use their brains anymore, people like serj and daron push us to think so we use our creativity.
Or, u can just get pissed off, and write pointless topics on soadfans expressing ur disgust for people who think intimately about music.

People may look too far into some other bands lyrics, but System's lyrics are actually supposed to be over thought so unique meanings are acquired each time. |

| It's indeed a cool thing, that these lyrics can be interpreted so many ways. Cause if something is too obvious, it becomes boring after a while. But these actually make you think (at least it's true for me). See it like a game. If you play through it so easily there's no challenge in it. |
