Heh I did this recording a long time ago so I don't know it could be better

I don't want to start a new thread with this because my buddy doesn't want me to post this yet...but a couple of opinions couldn't hurt.....

So here is one of our songs....our style is allover the board but this is our most systemest song so here is the link tell me what you think..

PS I am singing but I am not supposed to be - we still need lead vocals....

You bad boy cgsticks. anger
And you thought you could post our song without me noticing. naughty
Well, I guess there is nothing I can do about it now. I kinda wanted to fix it up before we posted it.
Oh well, I would like some feed back from other people on what they think, though.

lol @ naughty + the sig^^ ha ha

I really liked the sound of the song, kinda like you went for goth but ended up with something more interesting through your limitations or lack of equipment...

I think its a really good song acctually, interesting guitar work, i like the sound of the drums (garage?)
Its all got a Tarentino soundtrack vibe to it....trashy, underground, slightley industrial and dark!!

My opinion is that with tighter drumming (not nessaseraly better drumming) and vocals with a more assured direction it would be a song i would listen to....

You sound like you are singing along in the car rather than driving the song along, know what i mean?

In a way though the low key production adds to its menaceing vibe so....

HHmmm i smell talent......

Really good!! I could see alot of people hating it though (not on this board, i just meen pop lovers, your average music fan ect...)

What do you record with? and how did you get the weird sounds/samples?

Ade

I did that one with audacity

I recorded the drums with tony danza as he is the drummer....I just used the mic on my laptop and that is why the recording isn't so clean....

The guitar was done by me and I did that by just plugging in the output of my amp directly to my computer. We didn't have a bass for at that time so we got to record again this summer and step up the qaulity.

Thx for the input it is much appreciated Very Happy
