orchestral" perspective and why happy people make messed up music…
Serj Tankian: "Everything I do
is strange…even with System of a Down we were always without borders". Serj
Tankian has a big smile on his face right now.
"Guys that make dark music
are generally happy in their day-to-day lives; but the guys that do the happy
music are really fucked up," chuckles the System of a Down singer. "We're
generalizing, but still…[Laughs]."

Shavo in upcoming fine art project WAIL

With
System of a Down, Shavo Odadjian has sold
millions of albums, conquered countless cities worldwide, and built a reputation
as one of the most recognizable and mysterious personalities in rock. But
beginning March 1, Shavo puts down his instrument to orchestrate a fine art
collection as enigmatic as the bassist himself.
Created over the course
of six months, Shavo’s WAIL release features 220 canvases, each unique and all
holding one-of-a-kind status. And like the artist, the release offers two
distinct images – one apparent in daylight, the second, visible in low light.

Rock Stars Photographer, Greg Watermann, has finally released his along
waited project, FOREST, online on his
website or on his
offiical youtube channel
The 5:21 minutes video project, is a result of more than several years
of work including collecting photos, edit, DJ work and final cuts.
The System Super Slide Show = S.S.S.S. = 4-S's = "Forest" is a one of its
kind project Watermann wanted to dedicated to System of a Down and their fans.
A combination of 22 songs mixed incredibly by the talented
DJ
LethalRush with over 400 pictures of Greg Waterman's
outstanding photo works.
