Serjical Strike Records was founded in April of 2001 by lead singer of System of a Down, Serj Tankian To introduce music and words that were otherwise unavailable in stores.

 Serj: "There is so much interesting art out there that is not embraced by our consumer culture, that it's a shame. The bands on this site are bands that I enjoy that you can't find in stores."

Currently, Serjical Strike Records Have signed 3 very different bands in Bad Acid Trip , Kittens For Christian & Slow Motion Reign and have solidified a Partnership with Columbia Records.

By the end of 2003, The label will have at least four releases out in stores, Three from the Aforementioned bands, and an Eclectic Collaborative Musical Project between Serj Tankian and Arto Tuncboyaciyan "Serart".

None of these releases will sound anything like each other musically, but they all share the common thread of originality and distinction that makes them part of Serjical Strike Records.

Also Available on Serjical Strike website is Serj’s poetry book, Cool Gardens, which is a collection of His writings and the illustrations of Sako Shahinian.
